Donation Refund Policy

We are grateful for your donation and support of our organization. Donations are normally nonrefundable but if you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to our organization please contact us. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment.

In response to the increasing use of digital payments, Nabotori Foundation has implemented a donation refund policy. It is important for donors to be careful and thoughtful when making donations. However, we understand that mistakes can happen or donors may change their minds. In such cases, our team will review and process refund requests accordingly. This may involve requesting an explanation from the user and verifying their identity with relevant documentation.
